Prohibited Activities

File sharing or distributing the Colossal Cheat Menu in any form.
Using the Colossal Cheat Menu to alter or manipulate the game or its environment in ways not intended by the developers.
Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Mod Menu or its components.

No Warranty

The Colossal Cheat Menu is provided “as is,” and we make no representations or warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the Mod Menu. We do not guarantee that the Mod Menu will work with all systems or be free from errors.

No Refunds

All sales are final, and we do not offer refunds for any reason. If you have any issues with the Mod Menu, please contact us for assistance. If you dispute a payment, you will be banned from the Mod Menu or any other services we provide.

Termination of Service

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Colossal Cheat Menu at our discretion, without notice, for any violation of these terms. Any violations of these terms may result in a permanent ban from accessing the Mod Menu.

Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right to update and modify these terms at any time. Any changes will be posted here, and continued use of the Colossal Cheat Menu after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Colossal Cheat Menu and its creators, affiliates, and partners from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Mod Menu, including any third-party claims related to account bans or other penalties.
